Steve has always lived in Hitchin and joined Susan Hall & Co as a paralegal in 1999. He completed his training contract at the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Steve joined Susan Hall in partnership in 2009 and became a Director on newly founded firm Susan Hall & Co Solicitors Limited in 2019.
Steve heads up the residential conveyancing department. Having worked for the firm for over twenty-five years, he has established an excellent reputation with his efficient, proactive approach and can-do attitude. The majority of his instructions are from existing clients or recommendation, and he comes heavily recommended by Hitchin’s network of estate agents.
Advising on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, new build properties, shared ownership schemes, transfers of property and lease extensions.
Steve prides himself on being friendly and approachable and brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise whilst taking great pride in the service he offers.
