Rebecca is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession, having worked in practice since 2004.
Rebecca specialises in all aspects of residential property law and advises clients on a wide range of matters, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, second charge mortgages, Right to Buy transactions, and formal and informal lease extensions.
In addition to her conveyancing expertise, Rebecca has experience in advising on residential possession proceedings, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims.
