Jessica Hardie is the latest addition to our Conveyancing Team, having joined the firm in 2023. She commenced her career in residential conveyancing in 2016 and has since qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer. Jessica deals with a wide variety of residential conveyancing transactions to include new build purchases, transfers of equity, and shared ownership schemes and she prides herself on adopting a personable and client focused approach to each case.
Having always worked in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, Jessica brings a wealth of local knowledge which is an advantage when dealing with properties in Hitchin and it’s neighbouring towns and parishes such as Fairfield Park and properties subject to the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation Scheme of Management.
