Jessica Hardie joined our Conveyancing Team in 2023. She commenced her career in residential conveyancing in 2016 and later qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Jessica deals with a wide variety of residential conveyancing transactions to include new build purchases, transfers of equity, and shared ownership schemes and she prides herself on adopting a personable and client focused approach to each case.
Having always worked in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, Jessica brings a wealth of local knowledge which is advantageous when dealing with properties in Hitchin and its neighbouring towns and parishes. In particular, Jessica has carried out a large number of transactions on the Fairfield Park estate and on properties subject to the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation Scheme of Management.
