Jane has practiced as a Solicitor locally for over 20 years and specialises in all aspects of Private Client law including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and estate/tax planning.
Jane is a full member of STEP, a global professional body for specialists in Private Client law and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), an organisation for specialist Solicitors advising older and vulnerable clients.

With the increasing value of the family home, more families than ever are facing the impact of inheritance tax, there may be second families, unmarried partners or vulnerable family members to protect. Estates may include more complex assets such as business and agricultural property and families may be concerned about a loved one losing capacity and the impact of care fees.
