Michelle joined the property department in her first law firm in 1999, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004 and continues to specialise in residential and commercial property law. She moved to Susan Hall & Co in 2016 and become a Director in 2019.
She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, transfers of equity, equity release schemes, lease extensions/variations and drafts documents for creation, release and variation of easements and covenants.
Michelle also manages a commercial property caseload to include land, property and small business transactions. She acts for a number of developers in connection with options, site acquisitions and plot sales on small developments.
