Tracey started work in the legal industry in 1987, initially as an office administrator and secretary, later working in legal accounts before training and working in a law firm IT department. In 2006 Tracey commenced working in the private client department of a solicitor firm and in 2007 gained her Certificate in Estate Administration and Will Drafting.
You can instruct Tracey to prepare your Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney and/or to assist and support you through the probate process. In particular, Tracey deals with applications for Grants of Probate only but can also provide a complete probate and estate administration service. Additionally, Tracey can advise on inheritance tax, ensuring any tax allowances and exemptions due are claimed.
