Cally is a highly effective conveyancer with over 16 years of experience in the field, dealing with a wide range of property matters to include leasehold and freehold sale/purchases, plot sale/purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership transactions and lease extensions.
Having grown up in Hitchin and worked predominantly in Shefford and other Central Bedfordshire towns, Cally has an extensive knowledge of the local area which is often advantageous in property transactions.
